A $60 non-refundable application fee is required when a housing application is submitted.
A $250 security deposit is due, in full, before a room assignment will be made.

The security deposit is non-refundable if a dorm cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of classes, if damage is reported in the dorm or if the room is missing items at checkout.
